I had Rosebush do a service call on my heating system and air exchanger last week. The tech said the motor in the air exchanger was burned out and needed replacing. He promised to call later that day or the next day at the latest with a price. I know the motor is available because I contacted the manufacturer. He never called on either promised day so I phoned Rosebush Fuels and they promised to pass on the request for a price. I've never heard back from them so now I have to have another company come out and deal with the air exchanger and I'll have to pay for another service call.
