Horrible service..... My dad requires a feeding tube change and Dr Ward, is the only one in Barrie that can do it?? His staff rarely reply to calls or emails and when they do have zero flexibility. I showed up for an appointment at the hospital with my dad to have the tube changed and they forgot to order the tube..... Had to take my sick dad back home.... NOW it has been over 2mths trying to rebook. My family Dr and myself have been trying to contact the office... This is negligence!

My husband saw Dr. Ward in 2014 and I have just recently had meetings with him. He is very compassionate and caring. Would recommend him to anyone.

Horrible Office, referred to this doctor, secretary is worse. She left a message Wednesday afternoon and her message saying “if not heard from u Thursday morning we will cancel the appointment”. They don’t even give u 24hrs to response, to think I am waiting for this appointment since April 2018. Worse Office, specially the secretary.

I’ve been referred to Dr. Ward for a serious issue and was told they would contact me with an appointment. I received a call for one the next day and the receptionist was very pleasant compassionate to my need, informative and taking the time to be sure I was clear on all the instructions required. Dr. Ward may be a great doctor, was unfortunately unable to get an appointment to actually meet with him, as his poorly trained receptionist is rude and fails to return phone calls. She is the reason I will seek medical attention else where, even though I am suffering. Dr. Ward could use some people on the front line with better people skills.
