I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.

Terrible customer service. No communication. Had my car for 4 weeks and went completely silent for 10 days while they "dealt with a family matter". In the end, they didn't even finish the repair! After 4 weeks!! DO NOT GO TO THE GARAGE
