Hot Wok Chinese Restaurant

Possibly change of ownership after Covid. Ordered Lemon Chicken (so hard and dry) Also Breaded Shrimp very small and greasy (used to be light batter and large shrimp) Vegetable Chop Suey was greasy and snow peas were burnt making all the dish taste bad! So sorry to see a great business go so wrong! Couldn't eat any of the take-out.

Food is delicious, chicken ball is different compare other Chinese restaurants, it tastes good.

We tried Hot Wok for the first time yesterday and were very，very impressed.The food was delicious and the ingredients tasted very fresh. We especially liked that the sesame chicken wasn't overly breaded but just enough to make it moist and flavourful.And the services was fast and friendly. We will order again!

Chew toy ribs, dollar store sauce and foam plates

I wanted to try this new restaurant and was sadly disappointed with food and service. As a small restaurant I wasn't surprised that the seating was slightly cramped but it was clean and neat. The server was bland as if bored, only showing up when we arrived and to drop off the food. We did not see or hear from her again until we went to pay. When the food arrived we found the ribs were so tough my dog's chew toys would have been easier to attempt to eat. They seemed cooked, frozen then over microwaved in texture with the only flavour being heavily salted. The plates were foam, the forks plastic and no serviettes at table nor even a glass to drink from or any coffee available. The wontons had the same texture as the ribs and the sweet and sour sauce was of the same quality as what's found in the dollar stores.
