I had just gotten off a 13.5hr shift and went through for a Diet Coke and a fries with sweet and sour sauce. There was no sweet and sour sauce and the fries were soggy and f cold covered in way too much salt, completely inedible.I’ve never written a bad review but this was terrible.
Last two visits have been very slow service...watched two families get refunds and walk out..which causes chaos cause then the kitchen staff are still making those orders and backing things up cause then they get confused with the extra stuff. Too many counter staff. They get in each other's way then don't know who is filling what order. Kitchen staff had to come out and put stuff on tray and tell them take these to customers.back issues seems to be no fries ready.
