Never received the item Could not get my money back. Having to dispute charges. The other reviews are correct I have had the same issues and I never received what I ordered

Horrendous service and a joke of a "company". Do not be fooled by the fact that they appear to be based in Canada; many, if not all, of their products are shipped directly from China instead. My order was sent back to sender despite initially providing them with the correct address. While they promised to resend my order to me, they have failed to hold up their end even with my constant reminders. I have placed my order back in August, and yet still no response from them. Do not take the risk.

They do not return emails and never told us that the products that we purchased from a Canadian company were NOT in stock and were shipping from China. I don't know if the gifts that I purchased in late November will even arrive before Christmas. They do not care about their customers, only the money they can get from them. I will never buy from this company again.
