I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Very poor experience there. Dealt with the Manager to make a payment on my Business line and refused to take it without id? lol Had a very poor attitude! went to other store in mall and everything worked out fine. Avoid if you can
