    I have lived in the building for 7 years now. Not a bad place to live.Miss Carrie and the staff have always been very friendly and nice.

    Easy living at Avenue Living

    Avenue Living in Winnipeg is easy living in large part to manager Carrie Duff. She does a great job of balancing the role of social worker and building manager. Carrie and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is always clean and those who are unauthorized are kept out by security and staff. A bonus is central air.A great place to live
