Horrible customer service. Staff member was extremely unhelpful even when asked to help. Staff member also was swearing in front of my children while she was talking to a friend that was in the store and completely ignored us and our requests for help with shoes. This is NOT the only incident we have experienced with this staff member and have had absolutely horrible customer service from her on several different visits to the Princeton Work ‘n Play.
