Tita (Langford) was very helpful when I was looking for a nice condo to rent for my elderly mom. She was always very accommodating and helpful when my Mom needed anything as well. And when it came time to move Mom into an Assisted Living home, Tita was very kind and understanding. A true gem that made every effort to ensure my Mom was happy. Thank you very much Tita. My partner and I were looking at renting a place from Kahl Realty. We left a message with their service, no reply. We called later in the week and gave them our number and they said they would call back. They never did. It's fine if the place is no longer available, just be considerate and follow through! We have no desire to rent from Kahl at any point in the future.

I don't know anything about buying or selling a home from this business but if you are interested in renting from them....don't do it! I called about a property that Cornelia was renting for her client and I was told to leave my number for her to call back...never did. I called her the next day and asked about the property, she said it was out of town and practically booted me off the phone. I called again a week later and asked if she could send photos because I live in the Okanagan and cant go look myself. She hemmed and hawed and basically said no....I told her I cant rent it if I cant see it...she agreed but didn't offer a solution. She said she was too busy and that was it. I asked her if she was interested at all in renting the place and if this was a property management company and she began to argue with me...I had to hang up on her. I feel sorry for her client and the owner of this company...what a poor representation of this company through Cornelia, and the client is getting ripped off as she doesn't even try to rent their property...she is not even doing her job!! It was like banging my head against a wall trying to speak with her. I am a business development professional, I work from home and myself and my dog come with stellar references. I probably would have been a perfect tenant for the home owners but she was "too busy"
