Woke up to a warm fridge + defrosting food on a snow-covered winter Saturday morning. After looking into a new fridge $$$, found and called Sanco at 2:30pm after reading comments. Wilky Ly was at my home by 5:30 same day, assessed and fixed the problem by 6 p.m. Trust what you read here about Wilky. He comes fully equipped, even has a cage on rollers with a wide range of tools. No extra fees, even though it was Saturday and an emergency. OMG! Highly recommend this whiz bang dude!
I first called Wilky several months ago to fix my front loading washing machine when it wouldn't drain. He came the same day that I called him and fixed my machine. I was so impressed with his service that I called him again today when my dryer wasn't heating. He came within the hour!
I tried calling a few other companies when my washer broke down before I had called Wilky. They told me that a service repair person would be out in a week. Who can wait a week with a load full of clothes soaking in a wet front loading washer!
I highly recommend Wilky! He provides fast service and is reasonably priced.
My washing machine stopped working - the water wouldn't drain and the machine was making a crackling noise. Samsung gave us Totem Appliance's # to fix it, however Totem wasn't able to come until a week later. Of course we couldn't wait a week because we have a newborn so we called Wilky, who does numerous jobs for the ppty mgnt co that I work for, to see if he can fix it and fix it asap. Even with his busy schedule, Wilky fit us in the next day. Wilky found the problem, fixed it, and did a few tests to make sure the machine is working soundly - all done in about an hour! My fridge stopped working so I called Sanco Appliances at 5pm and was happy that someone answered the phone. I was even happier when he said he could be at our place in 2 hours. Wilky promptly diagnosed the problem (burnt out relay), fixed it immediately, cleaned up the fridge and worksite, and did so for a very reasonable price. He was very personable and explained what the problem was and gave a price quote once he understood the problem. I will call him for any appliance repairs I may need and will not hesitate to recommend Sanco Appliances to my friends and colleagues.

I read the 2 previous reviews and based on them decided to call Wilky as I believed there was something wrong with my fridge since my milk kept going off within a few days of purchase. Wilky said he could come out the same day, but unfortunately I had plans, so he said he could come out the following day, which was a Sunday. I was surprised that he would work on a Sunday and not charge extra for the call out, but he didn't and worked on my fridge for about an hour. He needed to order a part and came 2 days later to finish the job. He didn't charge any extra for having to come back a 2nd time and his rates seemed very reasonable. Not having had much experience with service calls previously I wasn't sure what the going rate was but I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of and he was very professional, courteous and completed the work in a very short time.
I would not hesitate in recommending him to fix any appliance and would not even consider some of the bigger companies out there as I doubt they would be able to beat or even match his prices or provide the service in such a short time period.

Amazing service and honesty. I would recommend Wilky to anyone who needs their appliances repaired. I thought for sure that we needed a new washing machine as we had dealt with other service centers in the past who took weeks and sometimes months to repair our machine. Wilky came to our home (in the same day that we talked to him) and repaired the machine in one visit and for a price that was incredibly reasonable (and far less than the "big guys" in the phone book- trust me- we know from numerous experiences). We love Wilky! He's awesome!!!
