The hair was great quality, got an excellent deal! It was the best remy hair I've gotten. Washed and curled many times, still in great condition. Highly recommend this place.
Someone recommended this place as the best prices in Vancouver despite the shop not looking like much. Charles went above and beyond my expectations and really helped me with a difficult situation. He sewed in clips into my wig for free (they will charge across the street) and the wig I got from him looks better, is more comfortable and a fraction of the cost as across the street. I have done my research around Van and he has the best prices/selection. This is where I will go from now on.
I went to this establishment only to experience poor customer service and even worse merchandise. I was informed the hair I purchased was remi hair but in fact wasn't. Within 3 weeks of having the hair, it was falling out in clumps. After contacting the owner to see if we could resolve the issue, he was overly discourteous and spoke to me in an utmost rude manner and tone. I will never go back and advise others not utilize his store as well.
