Imperial Gem Lab was invaluable when dealing with appraisals of some family jewelry. Initially, 5 years ago, Harold did a thorough insurance appraisal. When I contacted him again regarding a fair market value appraisal, he was quick to respond to my questions and quick to set up an appointment.
