Broadway Brewing takes out all the guesswork, cultivating an impressive list of products while contributing passion for tasty wine at delicious prices. After selecting a kit, customers mix ingredients in the store then come back weeks later to bottle their wine, add labels and foils and then store the spoils at home for enjoyment with family and friends.
Co-owners Juhan and Haely combined their education and shared passion for craft beer and quality wines in order to bring the craft of brewing into the home. “I was in university and I couldn’t afford to buy the beer I liked to drink,” says Juhan, “So I started making my own. It evolved from there into a business.” Since the inception of Broadway Brewing, Juhan and Haely have been helping U-Brew lovers create the perfect pairing for their palates.
