We had a terrible experience with Paramjit Singh Gill at YPA Realty. We recently bought and sold our home and Param sent someone to scan our property without permission. This action potentially could've cost us a lot of money. When confronted he blamed others and never apologised. Save yourself time and money, don't use a realtor, they have their own interests at heart, not the people they represent.
