A regular client of tattoo parlours, Don Hart opened the doors of Evil by NeedleTattoo to offer Surrey and Delta locals a clean, comfortable and friendly studio where they could feel welcome no matter how many (or how few) tattoos they had.
“I wanted a place that’s not just about the tattoos but is also about having fun while you’re being tattooed,” says Don. With a neighbourhood hangout feel to it, Evil by Needle is the type of tattoo parlour where clients become friends and often drop by for a quick hello, but end up staying for hourschatting and planning their next piece.
