D J's Plumbing

My septic tank backed up into my basement and I contacted the closest plumber to me which was Answer Plumbing, he then told me what I thought needed to be done but that he didnt have the right equipment for the job so then he recommended Djs Plumbing. I called on the weekend, even though it didnt say he was open and he called me back the next day. He was able to come on Monday in the afternoon. Monday morning I got a call saying he could be here earlier which was great! He was AWESOME! Fixed!

He was 1.5 hours late. Once he arrived, the entire time he was in my apartment, he talked about how foreigners should not be allowed in Canada, knowing full well that I am not Canadian. Extremely unpleasant experience.

We had the sewage line backup and flood part of our basement. We immediately called 3 plumbers in town (Dj's being the recommended one but we didn't care who got here first) and they responded, changed their schedule around to get here first thing, and fixed the problem all before we had even received a call back from either of the other two services we called. They were friendly and gave us all the information on how to avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend!

He is not responsible for his work. All he cares about is the money. After I paid him for a job he did for me, and problems came up he never responded to my phone calls. He said there was warranty with his work, but apperantly there isn't. I would not suggest him.
