After 2 months of calling and leaving voicemails, i still received no call back, despite being told that someone would come to look at the awning. Owner told me they don't have time to come to the business to do the estimate i was told would happen...2 months ago. He admitted to not listening to any voicemails i left, and apparetnly this was why i didn't get a call back, as he was calling the number that showed on his caller ID, and not the one i left in the voicemail.
