Since 1989, Victory Life's mission is to help people live in every day victory with and every day Jesus. Through Sunday service, community events and bible study, our goal is to bring the community closer together – we are not your usual church.

In the summer of 1989, Pastors Dieter and Diana Tripke, graduates of the RHEMA Bible Training Centre in Tulsa Oklahoma, conducted home prayer meetings with the Kelowna community. By September of that year, Victory Life Fellowship began Sunday morning services to accommodate the growing number of followers.
