Two years ago we had used Baths By Design to renovate our ensuite. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about their products. She was able to give reasons why we should choose certain products based on amount of use and ease to maintain. We have just recently completed a main washroom and powder room renovation and would not have gone any where else to order out fixtures and receive usable knowledge about the products..

I just had a unique frameless shower enclosure installed and I was thrilled by the service. I had a young girl come out and at first I was nervous because this was a very unusual shower....we live on the lake and I wanted the view through the shower from our bed...Karla was able to lay out the shower just right...the install went well..it needed some minor tweaking which was done in a timely fashion...I'am so pleased with how she cleaned up after as some of the other trades did not...this was a Huge renovation and my husband and i couldn't be happier with the results..Amanda was our sales girl and she is incredible !!! Just DRIVE ON BY this place!!!
They offer nice products for sale, but if you will require an installation or maybe service later, don't look to this family owned and run business for professionalism, basic troubleshooting or trade skills, technical expertise, or expedience. They are ARROGANT owners who know everything---and you know nothing. The Owner admitted that it was all about getting the money from me. (I paid in FULL, with no discounts offered). They gave no apologies for an Agalite custom, glass Tub Enclosure (see photo) that, after 7 visits to my home and a chipped tub later STILL LEAKED a puddle of water on the floor following every shower (see photo). (P.S. I later had to fix it myself). So, if you are one of those annoying people who will be looking for "Customer Satisfaction", DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR and just drive right on by this place!!!
I would highly recommend this store. The staff was great and they make their customers priority Great modern fixtures in the store on display which give great ideas for your project.
