I got my nose piercing done at instincts and it was a very good experience the staff were friendly, the person who did the piercing made me feel better as I was very nervous and scared would never go anywhere else! am going to get my helix done there shortly!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. A very clean and comfortable atmosphere! I don't go anywhere else!
My 7-year old recently had her ears pierced by Jenna at Instinct Adornment and it was such a positive experience. Jenna was super-knowledgeable and a complete professional. I appreciated how she knew not just how to pierce but also why it was done a certain way and and what jewellery would work best. I also liked all the post-piercing support and knowing that if we had any issues I'd have an expert to consult. It was nice to deal with someone who has high standards and a ton of experience.
Could not have asked for better service. Jenna is obviously a top professional in her field. Jenna was instantly reachable via facebook and helped me out as much as she could, even giving me a referral to a shop a few hours away. Very good quality of care, would recommend to anyone.
This is one of the worst companies, I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. My husband had his ears pierced at Instincts Adornment inc. and one of the earrings felt loose WHILE he was still in the chair getting them done. He mentioned it to the person doing the piercing and she assured him it was completely fine. While getting into his truck the next day, the earring fell out into the mud and he couldn't find it. We notified them over the phone as soon as my husband came home and explained what had happened and they said to come in and get a new earring put in right away. I had expected to get the earring replaced for free, since we had mentioned that it felt loose the day before. That was not the case, we were charged, not only for another earring, but for the earring to be put back in his ear! I could not believe this and asked to speak to the owner. They told me he was out and from what I can guess, "pretended" to call him and then told me, he will do a refund, but I had to pay right then (when I asked what the reason was, she explained that she could not do a refund because she didn't know how to) and when he returned, he would then refund my money. Needless to say, the money was NEVER refunded and I had tried to call this company about this matter repeatedly, asking to speak to the owner, only to be told every time that he is out of the store or is on vacation. I have left my name and number a few times now and have never heard from the owner. I have never had a company act so unprofessional and not own up to their own employee's mistakes. In my opinion, save your money and go to a company that knows how to properly train their staff and treats their customers with respect. Just trying to save somebody else their money and the headache we have had in dealing with Instincts Adornment inc..
