Rude Rude Rude! I believe in supporting local business but I will go elsewhere next time. We went to pick up our floor mats today. Indigenous looking woman spoke at my wife like she was a piece of dirt. My wife is by all accounts, always pleasant and soft spoken when dealing with people. This woman was inexplicably hostile and passive aggressive as soon as my wife said hi. This employee needs training BIG TIME in how talk to customers, Disgusting! I will not set foot in this store again.

Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!
