    Not reliable -- I will not work with them again.

    I'd recently had the guys at Highland Raining and Gates install a steel door for my backyard. They stated 1 week for completion. This turned into 3 weeks then I contacted them. They were busy of course. I made 3 other appointments but they were no shows for all three. After telling them I wanted to cancel my order... they insisted to come out to install. The installation of the gate was to low to the ground. I've asked them to fix for 3 months. Not reliable and won't recommend them.
