D & L Plumbing and Heating improperly installed a new furnace in my home roughly 4 years ago. It only became an issue after years of water damage to my flooring that went unchecked until it was very noticeable. I phoned them recently and without mentioning their prior work had them come over to service the now-malfunctioning unit: the repairman, Don, showed up and proceeded to tell me “what I should do myself after a trip to Home Depot”. 2k worth of repairs needed from another company.
