Yamato sushi restaurant has bad service.
The first time I came here I was very hungry and I was expected to be treated like how every other person should be treated in a restaurant. I came with my family and we all got seated. They did not serve us water or asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I did not ask right away because I thought it was a given to serve water before we began our orders. I waited for 15 minutes before our young waitress came and took our orders after walking passed our table many times. She got my order wrong two times and made me paid for it. I came with a party of 4 and she only gave us two plates and two sets of chopsticks. We asked her and even a different waitress to serve our water and get extra plates and chopsticks but they ignored us. The food took roughly 35 minutes to make. I did not enjoy the food at all, and to make things blunt, I had a stomach ache and I didn't see sushi the same way for awhile. I love sushi and I was very upset with the way I was treated and how poorly the sushi was made. I do not recommend this restaurant for anybody who has a sensitive stomach or a high quality taste for sushi. This place was below average for food services and the food tasted very stale even though they served us our orders in 35 minutes. The miso soup especially tasted very disgusting and cold. I regret spending my money and time here with my wonderful family.
