We really appreciated the speed Max Naseh was able to visit our home to determine the problem with our Samsung washing machine, pick-up the part and quickly install it the very next day. We had an issue we couldn't fix with our dishwasher and he came in and very quickly determined the problem. It was pretty clear it wasn't worth repairing but Max checked on the LG part and a day later called to confirm it was over $300CAD not counting fixing it. He recommended a new one and that's what we've done.
