Booked him with a 500$ deposit and written estimate stating he would complete in 1 1-1/2 mos. Never called , never showed. Contacted him 3 times and threatened the BBB if not returning my deposit and to review his biz practices. Now he wants to rebuild my chimney!!

Cancelled the scheduled time twice.
Finally when he show up, on the day, at 11:00am instead of 8:00am nagging why I asked him to become sooner to North Vancouver, because he lives far!!! (40 minutes away from my house)
Started with abusive language and cursing! calling me names.
He left the site without touching anything or even paying back the deposit!
