I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired.
Paul willingly obliged and for a reasonable cost to immediately repair the lifejacket of my puppy, Zelda who had chewed through it while I ran back in the house for more kayaking adventure supplies. We had a wonderful day at Blackie Spit and Zelda did an inaugural run wit her new towed kayak behind mine. This only could happen because of this management s , Pauls, great customer service.
This must be the worst place you can bring your shoes. I dropped off a pair of boots for zipper repair
I was told they changed the zipper slider, but they did not, its the exact one the boots came with, and when I tried them on the zipper was still broken.
When I called to confirm what they did, they finally admitted they didn't do anything yet they charged me anyway. Stay away, they are super dishonest.
