Unhappy customer! Had them co.e out for warranty work for noisy Samsung refrigerator. First time guy broke our plug and claimed he didn't hear noise, noting I his hearing was bad. Not fixed. Second d guy replaced plug, admitted hearing noise but said the $2200 fridge was poorly made and I'd haft a put up with noise. Not fixed again. Called place where I purchased fridge. Said Totem would send a third guy out. Called early in morning and gave a 2 hour window of 2-4. Waited till 5:30 on a Friday. Still no show. No call no nothing. Brutal Company. Better companies who care for you better out there.
Make sure you get names and numbers when talking to them. They tend to forget what they say, and blame you for their mistakes. Not the sharpest tools in the drawer. And not accountable for their errors or omissions what so ever...
