    I was surprised to read the bad reviews about Manor Management. Actually, we rented from them when we arrived in Red Deer, after they changed the unit to another landlord and that was when I had troubles! I moved to a building Manor Management is responsible for and my peace of mind had returned. They are excellent people from my own experience.

    If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. If you can avoid this company do so for your own sanity and the sake of the building you are in. Poor property management, poor filing of receipts and documents, poor financial care.

    People are the worst place to manage anything they do not fix anything appropriate or lack to take management over any property and let it run to the curb

    Manor management has been so good to me. Although there was minor issues between myself them and my apartment they continue to treat me really good. With out Debbie and manor management I would be homeless to this day. Thank you Debbie. Your the best

    They are not fixing anything in the building in emergency situation,they ignore requests and complaints at all the time, manadgement is very unfriendly and ignorent , they were not cleaning the building for the last 3 months,it is not safe to live in that building ,it has been bear sprayed twice for the last 2 months,i had to call for emergency fire department to fix the problem,my mail has been stolen as well.There are suspicious people living in the building,that create big problems.They let

    Its terrible! We ...

    Its terrible! We rented a unit at 55 street and 45 ave, Red Deer. The building was infested with cock roaches, mice, and bed bugs. The windows were falling out which we reported for 5 months and they ignored us repeatedly. We were forced to move as winter approached and they refused to return damage deposit back and said we owe them money actually. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!!!!

    There are always two sides to a story, and I think that words have been chosen to validate a renters point of view rather then the facts. Manor Management has a duty to the owner of the apartment building and the tenants residing within that building. Property Managers are licenced and follow the Alberta Landlord and Tenancy Act, The Alberta Condominium Act, and The Mobile Homes Act. I would like anyone reading this tenants bad review to consider the following: 1. Cockroaches in Alberta? 2. They were forced to move?... One can only wonder as to why. 3. No damage deposit returned?...The Alberta Landlord and Tenancy Act is very clear regarding damage deposit refunds. Again one can only use logic to reach a conclusion as to why a damage deposit was not refunded and they even owed money above the damage deposit amount! Alberta has a great Landlord and Tenancy Act. The tenant that complained is a great example as to the fairness of the act which tries to protect both the tenant and the landlord.

    The worst!

    Our experience with this company could not be worse - and we own units in a building they manage. Nothing is done proactively and requests from tenants and owners are routinely ignored. ZERO accountability.

    I am assuming that you are referring to condo units that you own within a condominium corporation that Manor Management manages. If this is the case then you as a landlord have the responsibility to deal with all your tenant issues. If Manor Management is contracted to also manage your units within the corporation, then this would be Manor Managements responsibility. The board of directors and the management companies broker should be contacted to correct any concerns that you may have. A corporation is governed by a board of directors which directs the management company. My answer is based on the assumption that you do own units in a condominium complex for your statement and I quote; "we own units in a building they manage" |

    Horrible company! The employees here are less than competent and extremely unprofessional. We had the locks changed on our apartment entrance with no notice and the same with our garage remote. No one calls you back when there is an issue with the unit and they are less than concerned when you finally do get a hold of them. I would stay away from any units managed by manor management it's just not worth the headache.

    The complaining customer represents a huge opportunity for us to correct any mistakes and improve the way we do things. "A customer’s problems, complaints and anxieties are our opportunities to better improve and learn from them, so that we, can better serve you! I was reminded of the famous words from poet John Lydgate, later adapted by President Lincoln – and appearing in various permutations: “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time" But we will try!!
