These people NEVER answer their phone. I am booked for an endoscopy in literally a week and a half, never got the information package they said they would email me, and now I call 10+ times a day hoping to talk to someone but they cant even pick up the phone. Never have had such a horrible time trying to get through to someone about something medical. Absolutely ridiculous.
