Still terrible after all these years
I'll be honest, S&T is the worst sushi restaurant in Medicine Hat. Food taste was very poor. Rolls were poorly made. Fried things had no real flavour to them. Service was slow, not personable, didn't respond to requests well, and didn't care. Speed was an issue. Sat for an hour and a half and got less than half my order done. I really do not recommend this place to anyone.
