Talked with a woman about a gas powered leaf blower she could not answer very simple questions about the different models apparently she is there manager in that department. Then she gave me a incorrect phone number for echo customer support and hung up on me. P.S. The yard person was loading a pallet and hit my tailgate with the forklift and damaged it.
