Absolutely awful experience with this company. Appalling customer service, terrible follow up and no care or consideration for customers. If you're looking to build go to a reputable building that has staff that actually care about what you want

Never Again!!!

We had purchased a home last year from Nelson Homes in High River and went with expectations that this company has been in business for over 20 years, I am sad to say we are currently trying to get some service work done from them and it feels that after the home was delivered and we paid the house out that we have been shoved to the side. I have had to hire my own contractors to fix the issue. I will never build with Nelson ever again!
