Housing solutions for everyone A region known worldwide for its wealth of resources should provide every opportunity for its residents to thrive in its economy, not be diminished by it. Yet here in Wood Buffalo, affordable housing has become scarce in a market where expansion has far outpaced development. WBHDC strives to bring affordable housing solutions to all Wood Buffalo residents in need, from single income families to seniors; service sector employees to the homeless. Through affordable housing developments and the administration of provincial housing subsidy programs, we provide people the opportunity to establish their footing in the community.
