Just picked my new KIA Sportage HEV EX, 38KLM.
stopped by the Northend shop and they got me straight in to get the Armour coating on the windshield.
I had done it 3 yrs earlier on my 2011 Sportage and was amazed how great it was.
Cheapest price throughout the city for a windshield replacement. I received a quote via email, and paid exactly what I was quoted. It was less than having to pay for an insurance deductible.

Received a rock chip on the Henday, went to the nearest Windshield Surgeon on 127 St. A short wait was required, repair was completed without issue. Treated well by the friendly staff!
Went today to get my rock chip prepared. Jasmin did an excellent job! The window looks greats and she did it so quickly. The staff is so friendly and positive, it was a great experience to be apart of. Definitely will recommend Windshield Surgeons and go back for all my other needs. I highly recommend the 127 St and 138 Ave location! We have had 2 windshields replaced, a broken window replaced due to a break in and today I had my first experience with a rock chip repair. Service is fabulous and fast, no issues with any previous work they did, love the follow up calls and they do service with a smile. We’re very happy customers.
Great service and went above and beyond what I expected. Price was also lower than I expected. Jacqueline and the rest of her staff very friendly and surprised me. I wasnt able to get a ride to get it to the shop. They had a guy come and pick up my truck and called me a few hours later to pick it up. It was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Windshield Surgeons for repair or new. No I wasnt paid to write this. haha.
Rather quick reply when I booked my appointment on line. The staff at this branch are very friendly! They did an awesome job and the best price compared to all other shops I inquired from. Would definitely come back and recommend them.

Called Windshield Surgeons to have the windshield replaced in my Xterra, before we left for the mountains. I spoke with Jonny and he immediately let me know that they had my windshield in stock and made appointment for me to bring my vehicle in.
The staff, with whom I dealt, were absolute professionals. Johnny and Jackie should be commended. Not only did Windshield Surgeons do an outstanding job replacing my windshield, but they also vacuumed my interior!
I received a quote for 3 cars. I accepted the quotes and booked the appointments. When I showed up there was only 1 car booked in. I was told by Jerry that the quoted price would not be honored at $260 and was now $400 then another price not Honored and was now $485. This is not how you do business. If you have a confirmed quote and a booking you should honor the price.

Do not deal with this company. The location on 127st-138 ave is Terrible. The manager should be fired. They screwed up so badly with my vehicle and won't do anything about it. Go somewhere else if your smart.
Not impressed went there with an appoimtment was told I would be next. Once they finish with the vehicle before mine they start moving vehicles around filling in the bay that I was told to go to. I went out side and was very rudly told the tent was now being set up outside and to wait at the side for him now. I went to the side and the guy leaves and goes across the Parking lot to help someone else. So I went to All West Glass had great service and it was cheaper.
