very bad customer service at front desk

Every time when I go to this location the lady at the front her name starts with Erma. she come-up very rude & arrogant. It's not the one time, every single time I go there. her customer service is very very bad. She doesn't know how to talk to the customer. I never wanted to talk to her at front desk but she is the only one there whenever I go. Everyone else is so nice, polite and helpful. Just because of this lady I will stop going there So I don't have to deal with her. Very Unprofessional.
