We rented a skid steer to do a home landscaping project, and the service we received was fantastic. We noticed that the unit was leaking hydraulic fluid, and called the office while we were hauling dirt away. A mechanic showed up and was nearly finished fixing it by the time we returned home (less than an hour later).
