Oodle Noodle’s founder, Sonny Pham, drew on his experiences in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam when he opened multiple locations in Edmonton, as well as a factory that cranks out noodles and sauces just for Oodle Noodle. While the menu isn’t strictly Chinese food, there are several Chinese dishes on it, such as wonton soup, Kung Pao noodles, ginger beef and special fried rice. Be sure to try the Hot Noodle Box, a Szechuan dish with chow mein, fresh veggies and spicy Szechuan sauce.
