This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I wanted to try wigs and the manager made me wait 30 minutes. I patiently waited as she was the only one working, and when it was my turn she said she couldn't help me. Why make me wait for nothing?! Then when someone else came over they said that I can only try 2 wigs max per day?!?! I should try as many wigs as I need to in order to find the right fit. Instead they sent me home and said they won't help me. Do not go here!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked into images and shades and was provided a "match" for my hair. The lady opened one box and said it was perfect. I took them to my hairdresser who laughed and said these would not work at all, I called and they refused to exchange or offer me a discount on a new pair. I am utterly disgusted with the way I was treated. The lady then tells me that the woman who helped me no longer works there and that should make me feel happy.
