I went to Edmonton Salvage Disposal today (01/25/24) to retrieve all my items that were in my car after I was in a crash. The lady who helped me at reception was incredibly helpful and kind found my keys and file, and called for someone to bring me to my car. The gentleman she called showed up in a few minutes and led me out to my car, he helped me retrieve my items, removed my license plate, and helped me remove my dash ca
If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a vehicle from Calgary and had it shipped up. There was a huge dent in the front quarter panel with the headlight hanging out when it arrived in Edmonton, and was clearly new comparing to the ad photos. When questioned about the issue, owner had a temper tantrum and began yelling and and told me to get out when I was very politely asking about the new damage, not yelling or being rude at all. No competition or this place would have gone under long ago.
