once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

I’m using Dubsport for over 2 years. I’ve got the impression that guys are not forcing unnecessary maintenance/repairs on the client. They are doing great job and always willing to invest their time and effort into their good reputation. High quality service!
IT has been about a year since i had my Jetta serviced at Dubsport, but it deffinately deserves a review. I am know vehicle savvy, and have taken my vehicle to a couple other "VW" service providers. I booked my car in for servicing that included a timing belt, oil change, and for them to find out about a loud knocking coming out of my rear suspension. Not only did Richard do that, but he also took the time to answer my questions, provide information regarding the servicing, and in my opinion, take the time to explain everything. Without a doubt, the best experience i have had with any VW shop in edmonton.
Kayla So sorry that you feel this way. The first time you came here you took the mechanic out and pointed to the hose and told him that is what you wanted replaced (taped up) we replaced the hose and told you the lower one was damaged (a $185 repair), next time you came in, I replaced the hose for $55 (how is that bad?). For the coolant leak you phoned us and told us that the car was leaking coolant and you were not driving it because the battery was always dying, so we told you to drop it off and we would put it into the flow of work instead of booking an appointment, which you did... we take care of booked work first and then look at drop offs. We phoned and told you about the price for the hose and labour and you gave a go ahead we could not check out the charging concern because it was leaking so much coolant and we could not run the car until that repair was made. As stated before the customer agreed to leave the car with us as she was not driving it because of the concerns so we worked on it when we could, the phone call friday was a surprise as Kayla did not tell us at any time she needed the car for the weekend. I asked if she could leave it with us as we were booked solid and she had no problem with that... why didn't you say something? When you asked to see the hose we told you that we had thrown it away and we could retrieve it but it was already in the garbage, not that the garbage was gone as garbage day was tuesday and you seemed like you were in too much of a rush to care. If you had a problem why did you not call and talk to me... that is what I am here for? We have been in business for 14 years and no one has complained before and have hundreds of satisfied customers.... We can only hope that you can find someone to help you with your needs!
I have been a VW owner for 7 years, and within that time there is no where else that I would go for parts, advice and service. Their facility is clean and extremely organized, the staff warm and friendly. If parts ar ordered in the morning and available, they are usually there by 10 or 11 that day. They are excellent at diognosing any issues either physically or by accurate discription or the phone. Any service required is quoted accuratly and they stand by their work. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has a Volkswagen and wishes to have the best mechanical and personel experiance that any shop could deliver.
I have had numerous dealings with Dub Sport, from parts to service, and have never had an issue with their work. I have always found the staff to be courteous, the prices and labour very competitive. For a smaller shop, they offer big experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Edmonton area.
All my experiences have been horrible. The first time I went in and told them that a particular hose needed to be replaced as it was severely damaged. When I went to pick up the car they had replaced the part the hose attached to (which did not even need replacing!!!) and proceeded to tell me that the hose connecting to it was seriously damaged and needed to be replaced ASAP. I told him that was the part I had requested to have replaced in the first place and he just brushed it off as a miscommunication. Not long after they replaced my coolant pump. Shortly after having that done, my coolant began leaking. On the bill it states there is a 1 year warranty. So I took my car back to have this fixed. When I dropped my car off, I specifically asked them to call me PRIOR to doing anything as I wanted an idea on how much this was going to cost and also to give them the ok to proceed. That was on a Thursday and I never heard back from them. On Friday morning I called them and they said they were waiting for a part still. I called back Friday afternoon at 4 and they told me they fixed the coolant hose and were still trying to figure out what was causing my battery to drain. I asked if they worked weekends and he laughed and said no. So I said you were planning on leaving me without a car for the weekend and not even call me. They said I could pick up my car if I wanted....a car that wasn't fixed. I was stuck trying to find a rental for the weekend. On Monday they finally called ME for the first time to tell me the car was ready. They ended up charging me for the coolant hose. I asked them to see the old hose as I wanted proof that it was actually the hose and not a mistake from when they replaced the pump. They told me CONVIENENTLY the garbage man had picked it up before I got there at 815 in the morning!! AVOID dealing with this company if you can! They do anything to take advantage of you and take NO responsibility for their mistakes!!
