I picked up floor model light.Some parts missing they said we will order them for you even after 3 weeks no answer and no one picked phone .Very bad customer service
Good service. Jessica looked after our needs very well and helped us choose the lights for our new home. Very pleasant experience. I got quite a few visitors to my house impressed by the lights. I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.
I purchased a light that was a floor model. When I called to see if I could return it, I was told that someone would call me back in one hour. That was over a week ago- still haven't heard from anyone. I live 2 hours outside of Edmonton.
We did our house reno lights from them. Very satisfied with their service. We purchased more than what we had decided to buy because they have very fair prices. I recommend shopping for lights here.
