I found the staff to be very unfriendly with poor customer service communication. Usually when people say 'Thank you for your help' one would think the polite answer would be ' You're Welcome ' and not a snide 'Yup'

Poor Quality LFS

Poor quality LFS.. Serious lack of knowledge and some employees I talked with seemed to give dangerous recommendations on how to run a SW Reef tank/ Fish tank. Employee sold 10 Lbs of 'live' rock. Which had no life on it, It should have been placed in a tank to cure for much longer. Store is more dangerous to this hobby/way of life than any other LFS I've seen in 25 years of being a saltwater hobbyist. I will never come back and will always tell people to avoid places like these.
