We had a full security system installed in our house last month. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with some of the sensors from our previous security system. Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money.
