When I arrived, I confirmed they had my filter in stock. Waited an hour, they started the service, then was told they don't have the correct tool to complete oil change. I wasted two hours, and I now realize they didn't put my engine together when they realized they couldn't do service. I've been driving around with the engine cover balanced on the vehicle, not attached at all. So dangerous and poor service.
