    Improperly ticketed. Have called three times, emailed. Six days later, and no response. Enlarge the first photo, you can see the direction arrow of no parking. You can see the painted curbs of no parking. No signage and no painted curbs where I parked

    I parked in an 2 hour visitor spot in an Indigo lot and was ticketed after 1 hour and 10 minutes. The ticket indicated that my car had been in the spot for greater than 2 hours which is not true. I provided documentation to Indigo showing that I was elsewhere at the time they say I was parked in their lot but despite clearly showing that I wasnt there and didnt exceed the 2 hour limit, they refuse to cancel the ticket. Stay away from this sketch company.

    Same as others here. Got a ticket 2 minutes (not exaggerating) after I paid $24 to park for an afternoon meeting. Called the number immediately and after 10 minutes it goes to an answering machine (done this a few times). No mistakes on the licence plate. Customer service is non-existent.

    I went to a meeting at Quarry Park Crossing. There are very few businesses open in this business park. From the time I walked from my car to register my vehicle to the business I was visiting (less than 5 minutes), they gave me a ticket. There is no reason to park at this building, unless you are visiting a business there as there is nothing else in the neighborhood. I have called Indigo with no response, I am not paying the ticket.

    the parking app for the phone is extremely frustrating. 9 out of 10 times it freezes up before I can confirm the ending time for the parking session. Then going on the internet to try to book it always says password is wrong. Funny how you can access it from the phone then the password is no good on the computer. Thankfully we have only one more week to park at Stadium Lot 201.

    The do not return calls , issued a warning with $0 value and 1 year later state I owe $110 because I did not pay my $0 ticket. Issue me a ticket when I had paid parking and now again saying I owe $110 for not paying when they charged my visa for parking. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

    DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Parked at the Bow in downtown Calgary today located at 500Centre Street S., from 10:00am to 3:00pm and was charged $75.00 for parking!!!! This is extortion! If the city is trying to promote business in the downtown core they have really missed the boat! This is certainly a record at $15.00 per hour!

    ALWAYS TAKE THE RECIEPT OPTION. For the second time in 3 years I received a parking ticket in an Indigo lot today. For the second consecutive time the ticket is a false claim. I paid $26.25 to use their space for 2 hours. 4 minutes post ticket PURCHASE, their lot patrol ticketed my car. This ‘minor inconvenience’ would be less issue if their phone centre ever answered calls. They do not. They also don’t call back anytime soon. So getting their incompetence resolved is a complete hassle.

    Had a monthly reserved parking stall at lot 249 for years with impark, Indigo contacted me with 48-hour notice they were taking over.. by the time I signed a new contract that requires $25 activation fee. today I walk to my car to see a parking ticket for $65 didnt leave enough time for their customers. Im going to get the new pass tomorrow and will be fighting the ticket and activation fee... horrible start not sure if I want to be associated with this company

    I parked in the 6th ave lot on April 14th. It was expensive at $15.00 on a weekend. I learned others like the Telus Convention reduce theirs to $5.00. The machine caused a lot of trouble and customers were backed up. I had to input the information three times. When I returned to my car I had a parking ticket for $65.00. I phoned the number on the ticket and was asked to send the ticket and receipt. I did this and received a discount down to $25.00 for a ticket that had been paid for!!!

    Ticketed at a building I have an Indigo tag for. A repair man was in my stall, I parked on nearby boulevard, that is not reserved parking for others, and displayed my tag. Still got a ticket. If parking was a sporting event, Indigo would get 2 minutes for unnecessary roughness, and 2 for unsportsmanlike conduct. A legitimate ticket is painful, but at least understandable if a rule is broken, but this one felt a lot like a money grab, plain and simple. They missed the one about using power well.

    I got a ticket for being 10 mins late. I was stuck in the doctors office with a procedure that took a bit longer than planned. The lady on phone was extremely rude and arrogant. I will pay but I just wanted to let anyone know not to park in their lots ..I can understand the ticket ( oh well... ) but I can not understand the way I was treated ..If you move your customer services to India you should also align them to our culture

    Indigo claim they have 30 years of parking experience but they are slack on their automated parking system! In this modern and computerized DAYS parking is done with a VALID TICKET once payment is made on the digital PMT system. Display of parking receipts on vehicles for Parking Violation Officers is no longer required.The Parking Violation Officers should identify violation using thier automated payment system and not depending on their customers' ticket displayed on thier cars.Indigo STEP UP!

    Very terrible service. I got a ticket for being 13 mins late. Stuck in the construction of the plus 15. The lady on phone was extremely rude. I have to go back to same dr appointment today. I was gonna pay for parking but I will take ctrain. Do not park and use this lot.

    It's a joke. I have been parking in the Kensington Gate location in Calgary for years and it just keeps getting worse. I have received notices of 2 unpaid tickets on days I hadn't parked there. The homeless problem is immense - heavy drugs in the halls. They leave dirty needles in the halls. Had to preform CPR on someone who OD'd in the hall. Parkade door dropped on my car causing damage - they won't take responsibility. I've contacted them about all this and they refuse to do anything. JOKE.

    They should win an award for incompetent bureaucracy. Tickets materialize out of nowhere and nobody knows where they came from and you can prove that they're invalid, but they will make you fight and fight and fight to get rid of them

    Indigo is managing the parking in the building I live in. They provide terrible services;insufficient parking notifications, unnecessary penalties and the people in the office are very rude.
