    I work for a non-profit organization for seniors in Camrose, AB. We booked three rooms for our educators to stay and teach in Calgary on October 2, 2017. Our educators got as far as Didsbury and HWY II was closed by the RCMP. As soon the roads closed we called the hotel (at 7pm) and was told not to worry and to call back and speak with manager in the morning for a refund or credit. In the morning we called and spoke with Olga who refused refund or credit (we have proof we called. Dont book here.
