i have an excellent experience, the Associates were very helpful.

I booked online 2 days in advance came into town to pick up my rental, was told they were sold out, no call no email, manager said to come back in 2 hours one will be ready, they lied, wasn’t one ready I contacted 877 corporate number they said they would send an email to location to call me and update me, never happened 4:00 pm was told to hurry over car was waiting, when I arrived counter staff chuckled (hand to god) and said the corporate line lied to me will never consider this company again

Worst car rental in the city, i have been renting cars in Calgary for a while as i work shift work up north, so if you book online that don't mean you can get a car !! I have been waiting the whole day for a phone call that never came then when i finally got there they tried to give me a little sonic for a mid size car that i had a reservation for!! If they dont have the car you make a reservation for I was always giving a upgrade but not with this crowed !!
