Windows,interior doors not closing properly,finishing,even painting etc.,is utterly shoddy and very cheaply done. When you raise issues,they promise to fix it,but then nothing happens as there is always a long list of excuses where they pass the buck and blame the subtrades or suppliers. They spin a good line and want you to believe they care but its all talk and no action. Do your homework and you will realize only the pricing is luxury but the product is just cheap bling.
Great People to deal with. I have bought 2 houses from DaVinci. They treat you like a family. Lot of attention is paid to details during sales, each and every clause of the contract was explained I was really impressed when they gave me the contract before signing to take home and review it.
